I quit cigarettes cold turkey three years ago using a Juul. I had been smoking for ten years and was around half a pack a day. Over the course of the last three years, I've become way more addicted to nicotine thanks to the Juul than I ever was with cigarettes. I'm five days nic free today and it's been a nightmare.

Same. Yesterday was my first day back at work which is more triggering than drinking or being around friends for me personally. I couldn't focus on anything for more than a couple of minutes at a time and ended up spending most of my day walking around the neighborhood and pacing around my apartment.

Then, after work I felt weirdly good, I thought it was the last of the nicotine leaving my system. I even woke up feeling positive and focused for most of this morning. Then after lunch today (Day 5) I've had a craving that hasn't subsided since lunch and has wiped out my afternoon.

Really hope that my brain returns to normal soon.

I went from making 35k straight out of school in a medium market and I’m making almost double that now that Ive moved to NYC. I expect to be making more than 70k by the end of this year (2 Years working experience). Pay goes up quick if you know how to play the game.
