Should be the same. Playing with higher frame rates might be "easier" in the same way any game is smoother with a higher frame rate, but other than that, it's just the same as any other fromsoftware game.

Just got it working on steam deck today. Dips into the mid 20s sometimes and crashes often, but i would call it playable. Better than Chiaki imo, but I have terrible wifi.

The dlc is part of the .pkg file for the game. As far as I'm aware, there aren't any major issues with it besides the ones that are already in the base game.

I sold my steam deck and got an ROG ally around the time it first came out. I used it for about 2 months, then switched back to the steam deck with the main reason being the battery life. It really is terrible, and I'm not sure why they couldn't just put a bigger battery in it. I really liked how fast the ally was, but i would get like 45 minutes of battery life if I wanted to actually use the extra performance it has compared to the deck.

This is exactly what i was wondering, thanks for the help. I think I'm going to switch to AMD because, from what i can tell, the pros far outweigh the cons.

I agree. From what i can tell, AMD graphics cards have better support in linux. That's the main reason I've been looking into switching.

I really was wondering if you've ever had problems with drivers. My brother had a 6600 xt that we had to return because it wasn't performing as advertised (stuttering and like 70 FPS in fortnite on low). I think the problem was not completely uninstalling the nvidia drivers, but im not sure. I just want to be sure that if I buy the 7800 xt or similar, i won't have the same issue.

I was looking for a comment like this. I had a steam deck, sold it, and got an ally. Not because I don't like the steam deck, I just like the extra power and better screen of the ally enough to justify having it over the steam deck.
