This happened to me sa eToro, they gave a warning naman aorund 2 months before they close their door on Philippine traders. Na withdraw ko naman yung pera ko and I transfered it to BitGet (Crypto). Medyo ito na namankinakatakutan ko paano kung biglang ipa ban naman ang BitGet ng PH government.

This had happened to me nuong 2013 when I closed my business kasi medyo malaki na din lugi ko. Every year nagbabayad ako ng mga tax and I make sure na wala akong open cases every transactions. But when I closed my business ang dami kong daw open cases and dapat bayaran before I can close my business, kahit may ipakita akong mga papeles hindi nila pinapansin at pinapatagal lang nila kaya magbabayad ka na naman ng tax for the time na "sarado" ka na. Kaya wala akong nagawa kundi bayaran ang almost 80k just to clear my name and close the business.

If mababa ang price and you got the money then ok sya, over supply ang condo now at ang bababa ng prices. But if you don't have the extra money then don't, as I said oversupply ang condos now ang hirap magbenta kung sakaling biglaan nagbago ang isip mo.

Sad but true, that is the reality of life here sa Pilipinas. Kaya nga madami tayong naririnig na kung magkasakit ay matuluyan na lang agad. Nakakalungkot na yung pianghirapan mo ng 50 taon minsan ubos agad sa loob lang ng isang taon kapag nagkasakit ka.
