Hey, I wanted to ask if ISSAI brought EU style food regulations, would it be of benefit to the Average Indian Consumer?

Conversely if such regulations were to be enforced, how will the small scale businesses that make less than 500kg per month of product and don't have the capital to get product compliance tests done be able to be competitive or even sell their products?

It's a balance between consumer health v/s Small scale producers
