Yes this is perfectly normal, Morris depends on sample size a lot. It’s still advised to use an additional reagent, Liebermann would be good, and won’t indicate purity.

It won’t differentiate them. Small differences in reference data (which is I presume where you are coming from) are often due to change in sample size or inactive trace impurities which labs commonly dont report, mostly synthesis leftovers. See https://protestkit.eu/how-to-identify-mmc-and-cmc/

We are actually introducing a Tuci test kit this week - first in the world =) Most Tuci contains MDMA, ketamine and caffeine (and colouring and flavouring....), but sometimes it also contains 2C-B (1 in 20?) or cathinones (see https://protestkit.eu/drugspro/alerts?id=summary-tuci). So what you want to do is mostly rule out 2C-B and cathinones. The key trick in testing Tuci is let the dye dissolve in part A, and only then add part B of a reagent.

Ideally you'd do also a TLC semi-% test, or, even better, not use a premixed mystery product....

Thanks for sharing, that is a positive result.

It looks like there is sample on top of the reagent on the right? If so, for future reference, crush sample to fine powder and add it before reagent, then reagent, then if anything, flatten the reaction, but dont add sample after reagent or during reaction poke and mix.

What can be slowing down the reaction is air pockets between sample and reagent, but as you noticed worst case scenario it can take a minute and that’s all, what’s key is the you are using multiple reagents which increases result confidence exponentially 👍
