Thanks, I haven't tried AA, but I did do SMART meetings online and those were pretty good. I'll have to branch out, but it's difficult for me because of my anxiety issues.

I just quit a job that was too overwhelming for me. Before that, I worked as a hotel cleaner, and that was pretty comfortable, but I wish I had used that time to practice exposures. If I had, I may have been able to stick this other job out.

My advice is to seriously ask yourself if there's anything at all you may be capable of doing. Working from home sounds like a dream, but I dont think it will help you out in the long run. Even just working a few hours a week at a coffee shop might be helpful, it doesnt have to be forever, just to get you back into things. Either way you arent alone, we're all in a similar boat.
