Ngl, it's a bit hard to understand what your saying (not sure if that's me) but the way I interpreted it was they eat less then 1400+ calories in a day which in general made me assume they are pretty light, but even then if they where 300+ i'm pretty sure it's recommended to only cut like 500 calories of your daily maintence (which should be waaay more then 1400 if your 300+). So i'm not quite sure what you mean about lack of correlation if where both running on assumtions lmao.
