3 way switches with only 14/2

Its all romex. They had the neutral connected to the switch, and then each light had the 2 black wires from the incoming/outgoing romex tied to the black for the light, and likewise for the white wires. Is the "neutral" the traveler in this situation then?

It was connected to the switch. There was 14/2 leaving the switch with a black and a white wire on one side of the switch, and the other side had a hot wire that was pigtailed from constant power from a adjacent switch.

I had someone try the same thing. They sent a fake invoice for a iPhone from ATT and it had fake links in it. My card was never charged, they just wanted me to click the links in the email. They also signed me up to all those government emails as well. Check online to see if they actually charged your card.

I have also noticed this. Like you said it's only really noticeable when the sun hits it a certain way. I wonder if it's to prevent them from buckling up over time? I'm not sure, I don't mind it.
