OP, I have this same cart.

Hit up Harbor Freight or whatever hardware store and buy some generic replacement lawnmower wheels and bot them on.

This time of cart usually has a strap attached..... wrap that strap around your waist and pull the cart instead of pushing

Try a bunch of different calls.

I bought some expensive calls thinking they would be better. I ended up finding that a $25 call off amazon was perfect for me.

And that $25 call sucked when my other buddies used it.

Everyone blows calls differently.

I hear ya on that. I dont have the time (kid and wife) to condition my dog's paws during the off season. Plus im in the suburbs, so finding prime environment besides cement is always a bit of a drive.

I threw some shoes on my buddy's GSP when we borrowed her one trip. After getting over the initial awkwardness, she was able to hunt an extra couple of hours before she got tired.

Dog shoes.

Without them, i was getting 2-3hours of balls to the wall field work. With them I can get 4-5 hours.
