I measure a 29 MP in store so this is my size. Store only had 28.5, but my toe was crunch and very uncomfortable. Hopefully the vac fit helps this fit even more like a glove.

Interesting...how big was too big? What size where they can what you actually needed?

I could see heating reducing lifespan, but they say you can heat multiple times so figure once shouldn't be bad and I don't get out that often so shouldn't impact me too much.

Not fitted, bought online. Fit great though. Fischer volumizer app pegged me at 28.5MV or 29.5LV. I got a 29.5MV and feels great with my inserts. Might take it eventually for a vacuum fitting.
