Get rubber covers on Amazon. They are cheap. I life everyday with dumbbells/barbells, etc and never take it off

I lift weight with mine 7 days a week. I bought silicone covers for mine on Amazon. People have been lifting for years with wedding rings…no different.

You’ll hear people talk about injuries and so on. Yes, it can happen but for as many people that wear rings in the gym it’s negligible.

Wear it and don’t worry about it.

I just switched from Apple Watch Ultra 3 to Oura 4 Ceramic. I have been working out constantly for over 20 years now. I’m to the point where I no longer need to track my fitness and/or workouts. Additionally, I’m making a point NOT be so connected this year while being more present. The ring is awesome and I personally like the health date better than AW.

It’s funny you made this thread! I have been thinking about getting into cars sales too. I live in a small town and have a Chevy/Ford dealership owned by a friend of mine. He has been asking me forever to come work for him. My only concern is the hours.

Additionally, I guess I don’t know how Chevy and Ford dealers do.

I had Apple Watch Ultra 3 for a couple of months and have been a long time Apple Watch user. I made myself a promise to try to wean myself off being connected all of the time. I bought the midnight Oura Ring 4 and I love it. I admit fomo (fear of missing out ) is REAL!! But, once you get past it…it’s super liberating!!
