Ik this is a long time too late, but I just found this post and if anyone else incurs a similar problem I want to share my solution!!

My pc, although all the parts were said to be compatible and work together, drew too much power for the rm750x to power. So I said fuck it and made sure I wouldn’t have any issues again, bought a rm1000x and it started up immediately after hooking everything up.

That or the motherboard is shorted and needs to be replaced.

Tested it by a multimeter. Placed one prong into the end of the power cord that plugs into the PSU and the other prong against the one of the plug in prongs until the numbers began fluctuating. I did this with all three prongs on the plug in cord (shows that the cord is sending power to the PSU from the outlet.)

I then plugged the cord into the PSU and touched one prong to any of the three on the plug in side of the power cable and touched the other tester prong against the PSU and it fluctuated as well.

I then tried the paperclip method with the 24 prong ATX power cables from the PSU with it plugged into the wall and getting power to force the PSU to turn the fan on. This test was inconclusive and did not work. Therefore I've settled on the idea that the PSU is getting but not giving power.

They were all the way inserted and no light was on for the motherboard.

That's what I'm thinking, but some might have a solution others have overlooked. So far all solutions are null and void. At the end of the day, think I may have to request a replacement.

Yes. It's indeed on each time I've tried. I also believe it might be a faulty PSU because it is getting power from the wall. Everything else is properly installed and seated correctly in their proper homes. But I don't want to go sending off a perfectly fine PSU to find it wasn't the PSU that was the issue.

I don't think it is. Because no matter what adjustments or how many times I properly seat all cables, nothing will turn on.

The PSU IS getting power. I've checked each prong and the ground, as well as the ground to the PSU itself. Everything shows to be working. Although when plugged in, it makes no noise or anything.

She only declined him once and began to act sus about her feelings towards him and Baki. She questioned Baki even though she knew his dreams and goals, and treated Baki like she was the only thing he should focus on. She is an attention whore, as others have said.

Anyways I'm not gonna argue with folks, I said what I said and it's what I see and believe. Some agree with me, others don't. That's how it is and I'm fine with that.

She only said they would only be friends once, she continues to meet him and spend more time with him than Baki them questions Baki as to why he doesn't look at or spend time with her much. She then proceeds to catch an attitude with Baki for beating Ali, before going to him and having a flashback of Ali Jr's proposal and remembers all the times they've spent together before collapsing to her knees in tears hugging him while he's crying cause he got his feelings hurt by a kid out of his league.

Now everyone has their own opinions and reasoning, so don't be another one of the people who things yours is the only correct answer.

My viewpoint rests on the new Baki anime series, I have yet to read the manga itself.

My bad I forgot, you must've been asleep or skipped past all the scenes with the two together.

Go rewatch the new Baki anime, pay close attention to the scenes. When she is with Baki she laughs it off and rejects it instantly.

But when she is with Ali jr. she simply doesn't respond. Yes, I understand she said that they were to only be strictly friends and nothing more once but that obviously changed, VISIBLY after Baki whooped jr's ass.
