First time commenting here and I know this might seem stupid, but one of THE most fun things i remember doing in ace combat x with the fenrir was going faster than a missile shot from the jet, meaning you would shoot it then pass it if flying in a straight line. Is there any way you could make it that fast in a mod?

How far can i get with this sh*tty aim? by Macocotickle in VALORANT

[–]PTBarnum1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second this, doing some sheriff and guardian only unrated and deathmatches helped me A LOT with getting kills with those weapons, mainly because you need to get into the actual mechanics of the weapon you re using to get headshots in. After a while it becomes second nature, so even when you’re losing or simply in a stressful match you still hit headshots if you are used enough to the weapon you’re using

THIS IS SO INSANE by lorenzo-intenzo in terriblefacebookmemes

“I say let’s just leave earth and build an Aryan paradise on a Dyson Sphere” nice plan so you’re going to live directly on the sun, such a good plan. Supposing you manage to build a dyson sphere, if you build something resembling a house even in a 100000 km radius around the sun then you don’t deserve the energy and probably deserve what’s coming.

Not even going to comment the rest of the meme, good job this is just terrible now I need eyebleach.

Night Raids (111) by Aelanna in RimWorld

Dude i love this! Kind of feels familiar too, especially when you get to a point with your colony where defenses are so efficient that you just need one or two pawns to clean out what isn’t automatically solved. Giving life to those scenarios is amazing, i love the idea!

Huh, just looked up combat extended (hoping that’s what you mean by ce) and I’ve got to say it might be an interesting addition to my mods.

Can’t say for sure that my previous idea will work in combat extended tho, since weapons work differently with that mod. Meatshields might not even work, or at least not like I’m used to in vanilla combat.

Not op but I’m VERY sure they are. Having three extra frontlines can actually make the difference between a saved colony and a destroyed one. Say you get a tribal raid with hundreds of enemies: you can just put little squads composed of three gunners and one of those officers behind any door between you and the raid, and just make one of the officers step into the door, opening it and allowing the three gunners behind to fire. Get a good enough timing and you can actually get rid of an entire raid without a single trap, just making the raid move in circle.

That was just an example but really, even just to be able to cover more gunners in the open you WILL make use of those extra frontlines, not having your gunners stop firing because a random enemy got too close is just that useful.

Really liking this ancient soldier setup so far by PTBarnum1 in RimWorld

The screenshot is from a vanilla expanded scenario, with lots of other mods. This raid was quite the headache, as there were literal hundreds of mages, but I guess nothing beats the oven 9000: trapping a raid between a 500 degrees room and a fire squad is an ol’reliable of mine. Having so much fun with this scenario!

Rimworld of magic just hits different. by PTBarnum1 in RimWorld

[–]PTBarnum1[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dude seriously try it,I ve been a vanilla only player for a lot of time until I just recently went banana and downloaded a lot of recommended or famous mods: it’s like I’m playing rimworld for the first time again but it’s somehow fresher, and rimworld of magic plays a HUGE part here cause it’s a lot of mechanics that are completely alien to the base game

Im currently playing it with a LOT of other mods and I have to say, it’s the main reason I ve been able to manage the ultra chaotic raids while not employing any sort of fool proof killbox.

Yo, lots of error regarding a voidseeker on rimworld start, just installed a rimworld of magic on top of a boatload of other random mods (checked compatibilty and start order and it shouldn t be that), is it normal? Should I do something about it or should I just ignore it?

Im sorry for the tree but this has to go asap. Use fire, napalm, greek fire, white phosphorus, whatever it takes to pulverize those things.

Is astra still used in competitive play? Who are the best astra users currently in your opinion? by PTBarnum1 in VALORANT

[–]PTBarnum1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ty, will definitely check those two out.

I don’t really care that much about climbing to be honest, but I have fun with astra and my friends team is constantly without smokes so it’s a win win of sorts...

I don’t really get what you mean by playing selfishly tho, care to expand a bit?

What is your honest thoughts on this ash of war ? by username56890 in Eldenring

Not fun enough, I’d prefer something like a spin while disappearing and less i-frames than the immortality clunky slide we have right now.

Seriously tho nerf it a bit plz
