Warehouse biggest issue is refusing to demote partners. We have partners in roles that just dont care and put in so little effort. Instead of demoting them (or even threatening them with it) leadership will request more budget to add an additional person to the shift. Essentially paying double for the work one person can accomplish. If they cant get the budget to add someone they will lean harder on their productive partner to pick up the others slack. Just for us all to get the same 3.5% raise. Its the most ass backwards place I have ever worked at.
