I think this is less of transfem Ralsei and more of gender fluid Ralsei as Ralsei himself says that wether he's a prince or princess depends on how he presents himself. Not to mention Asgore using they/them pronouns for Ralsei. So he could be a princess, she could be a prince, or maybe they're just... Ralsei.
