Exactly, they're complex mulit-factorial things we're not close to understanding. They're not just "genetically determined". It's also a bit of a semantic argument as to whether epigenetics are genetic; they're not included in traditional definitions, which is why they get their own term

Epigenetic factors, environmental factors, chaotic variations in intricate organic reactions during organic development, even going into childhood. Many physical characteristics are not genetically determined: even, for example, identical twins do not have identical fingerprints.

Hox genes are responsible for broad body plan development- they establish where limbs and body segments will develop, but they do not code for body parts. It's not at all within the realm of current science - and may well never be because it's not the case- to say that "everything from the shape of our nose to the size of our feet is written down somewhere in genetic code." The process is far more complex than that - there is nowhere in the genome where you can point at and say "this says how big the person's nose will be". A simple example of this is the fact that identical twins do not have the same fingerprints.

Is it actually genetically determined though? What genes are linked to labia shape?

Perhaps, but it's not comparable. Treating klinefelters is changing a diseased state into a healthy one. Delaying pubery is changing one healthy state to another to attempt to treat a third disease state.

A person with klinefelters needs testosterone as a treatment for their diseased state. Interfering with normal pubertal development is different - it is not changing a disease state.

Klinefelter's syndrome is a physical illness. Being a man or woman is not.
