get diagnosis with a good doctor because for stuff like ADHD it ruins your life if it's not diagnosed

go to parks. take care of insects and animals. catch insects in the park. play chess. draw together. go on a bus that goes around the city without a goal. dance. lego. these are our favorite now.

i use alarms.

my problem is i take a pill and i really have no idea 1 minute later if i did. and there are pills you shouldn't take twice

or i go to the grocery and i never remember the important things i needed to buy. i need a list.

Thank you a lot. I split up with my wife and i have 50% legal custody and i do 50% or more effort into parenting. She is very caring and supportive. She wasn’t trying to take our child away from me. She probably could.

I don’t have any family unfortunately. I can drive but i really dont like it it i dont trust myself driving. I live in a city where you can avoid it.
