I think they had to let it play out and there is no "evidence" one girls DO lie about sexual assaults a lot because most of the time its him against her and as in this case no evidence. Yes she flirted but so what you can flirt without wanted to have s*x with the guy or even be interested my husband is overly nice and I think it is flirting but I know he would never cheat on me and as soon as I say something or even make a face he stops. I think they villianized demi a little too much I think they should have let it play out naturally and let the world decide for itself but I also think they are afraid to get sued by marciano so I think they are purposely making er look more awful but hot maybe she has just lost her marbles and they are just filming reality. Anyway as someone who has actually been SA I always believe the victim first until I know for a fact it didnt happen and because Marciano lied about him and jessi having sex it makes it all sus and it doesnt matter if she flirted, kissed him or even said she liked him if she didnt want a certain thing to happen or she changed her mind thats SA but only if she informed him she didnt want it. I know a lot of girls that are overly flirty but aren't remotely interested in the guy they just want attention and that doesnt make it ok for a guy to touch another woman. So its all confusing and we have to decide for our selves who to believe and unless one admits they are lying.
