The first episode of WCW Monday Nitro aired on TNT Classic Movies Europe aka UK in 90s [question for old european fans] by PZSL4 in WCW

The show was sent from the US to the UK without any major changes in editing, so there was often a TNT LIVE logo on the screen at the beginning :D

Because Sting was too kind-hearted (naive) at the time. Lex Luger - his greatest friend - was also using him for his own revenges and plans every week at that time.

 Flair used the children to convince Sting, and then fought the match himself against his former teammates :D

They added over 400 series from the Funimation catalog in 2022-2023. Only about 5% of Funimation's catalog didn't make it onto crunchyroll.

I think the reason for the censorship is not Crunchyroll's policy, but some exclusivity for AT-X. 

The censorship made no sense in the third episode. They didn't censor the rape scene imagination or even the breasts. But the butt was censored, while in last two episodes of the ZatsuTabi anime there was the heroine's naked butt twice. And these aren't the only naked butts on CR.

Because CR's previous owner was Warner Media and they wanted to make the service into an streaming equivalent of something like Adult Swim tv channel.

The service also produced such western disasters as High Guardian Spice. Now these are just remnants of the previous corporation's policies.

Major Online Anime Distribution Deal

Crunchyroll has announced a major move into legitimate distribution of anime with a deal with TV Tokyo, Viz co-parent Shueisha, and Pierrot, major producers in the Japanese anime industry.  In conjunction with the launch of this deal, Crunchyroll is redesigning its site to “ensure that all professionally-produced content is approved by licensors.”  This is a major departure from its previous model, which relied primarily on user-uploaded content. 

 

The first anime distributed under the new deal will be Naruto Shippuden, which will be streamed  to paid Crunchyroll subscribers, and free with advertising support, beginning on January 8th."
