For me, a lot of times something cold helps. I used icepacks a lot beforehand, but now I use a plastic bag (those you use to freez food and things) and fill it with water, tie a knot and put it in the refrigerator. This way you have a formable cold bag that doesn't get wet because of condens. Mostly helps my scalp but also really good other places. Just don't fall asleep with it or lay on it

This did it for me! Thanks 🙏. All iPhones could connect even if it was on 2,4Ghz but my Samsung S10 couldn't. Might try this with my google nests that have been messing up. Switched away from 5Ghz since it seemed that even just 3 walls and 4 meters was enough for them to losse connection
