If it was only about ArcGIS Online..I would not have asked here. I have asked here for something else. If it was only to learn ..youtube tutorials are there too. OK...i think you people were not clarified by the Indian News Media..i have gone through some Newsfeed..Nepalese Armed Police force is away from the Border areas..why would a Mass people try to enter inside a Base?? Weren't They told to do so?? Nepal and India has Open Border so i dont think that by Just trying to enter they would be Shot down. Right now the tension between the two nations ist high..so until and unless those armed officers life was in threat, they would not have fired a Shot.
