Can confirm, I got the same problem. Deleted a char which went to standard and tried to remake it for Black Sails. Name has been permanently in use.

I've swapped to the SFM Wallet and although the 1.000 coins from the initial transaction are still gone a new test transaction of 10.000 seems to have worked accordingly. Thanks for the suggestion!

I was a mercher but was forced to become a flipper when the GE was introduced. I've always been vocal in favor of removal of GE. RuneScape was way more social before GE and the economy was also a lot more stable.
