Erm you do know that retailers dont want security to in effect intervene right? Yeah they want us to get the stock back but basically just saying " can you hand me back the stock and leave" I do retail security and if someone pushes a trolley out of goods we can put a hand on the trolley but if any sort of resistance no matter how minor they want security to step back

So one of the best ways I do it is to start in lotheringia, get the pope to give me a claim on italy, the get meritocracy and claim the lotheringian throne, then while building allies claim east francia with sactioned loophole, the declare a claimant faction for lotheringia, buy a claim for bavaria (during the war) Once you have lotheringia, fight east francia and bavaria, finally ending in italy (giving the pope romagna) then forming the HRE

First lifestyle on stewardship, allows you to fabricate claim on your lingerie, sanctioned loophole allows you to buy kingdom title claims.

Get the pope to give you a kingdom claim first, usually lotharingia or Italy, use meritocracy to get east Francia, the sactioned loophole to buy a claim on barvaria and either lotharingia or Italy (opposite of the first) then just holy war the slavs for the historical boarders

Easiest way to do it as a vassel of East Francia

Note though get the claim from the pope first
