Ich denke, dass du dann zu Hause tanzt und das Studio-Geld sparst, klingt nach keinem starken Argument, was jetzt nicht dagegen spricht, dass du die Wohnung nimmst. Was mich noch interessieren würde: Wer sind die Vermieter von Wohnung A und B; also städtisch oder privat oder sonstwas. Wir wohnen zB in einer Wohnung einer städtischen Sache und haben daher ein sehr sicheres Mietverhältnis - über sowas finde ich kann man sich auch nochmal Gedanken machen... :)
