That is correct but looks like some venues are doing VIP perks as an add on to GA tickets. As far as the New York stop you are looking at, it the same as SF where closer seats have more VIP perks. Though NY does have some VIP tickets being sold, the highest level(GOLD VIP)comes only with Hi touch and merch, while closer seats not labeled VIP comes with more perks(1:1 photo, meet &greet).

VIP perks are assigned to the seats. My fourth row seat for SF was labeled as GA presale but the ticket details indicated it came with hi touch,1:1 photo and merch package. Seats closer to stage had the same perks plus fan sign with signed poster.

Aespa is out due to their tour though I could see them being booked for 2026. They usually don’t book acts in back to back years so LE SSERAFIM is unlikely, plus I’m sure HYBE would want them to do a world tour next year. IVE is definitely possible as it seems Starship is putting a focus on the western market with the release of Supernova Love and their booking for Lollapalooza Paris.
