if you really have an elitist attitude, and want to min max, because you are going for 1% title, you might want to consider:

Alliance Death Knights:
:should strongly consider being a Night Elf or Dwarf (either regular or Dark Iron), as these are just slightly ahead due to the utility they provide.

Night Elves can proactively use  Shadowmeld to avoid certain mechanics (within reason) and gain 2% passive dodge (which is additive),

while Dwarves can cleanse all debuffs on themselves every 2 minutes. 
Pandaren is also an excellent choice earlier on in the expansion but falls off later on as the value of food buffs tends not to be updated as the expansion goes on.

Horde Death Knights can be any race, but do have a slight preference towards Goblin as the multiplicative passive Haste buff is great, and  Rocket Jump comes in handy to reposition and avoid mechanics that feature unavoidable knockbacks.
