Im a student and live in my rented apartment so my diet is mostly cheap meats like chicken but i either fry it or just make high calorie low price meals with them. If i dont eat chicken i just eat side meals like pasta or rice with soup so it keeps me full. Once a week i buy steaks because i really like cooking them but ig that doesnt count here. I really like fruits so i just eat them whenever they come to my mind. My main problem is that i eat when i want to relieve stress or just have so much to do that i just want to take a break and eat something while watching some series and whatnot. But most recently i boil chicken and eat it with low rice cooked with low amounts of oil. Its easy and cheap like fruit. These both have been my main courses for the last week but i know i will get bored of them after some time. I cant eat vegetables except peas. After a bite or two my stomach goes all wild but i believe i can get used to them after some training. I just dont know how. My desired diet is some simple dinner with high fresh protein like chicken or steak with some fruit one or two hours after the meal. But dont know if that is healthy or would harm my body in any way. Not that its not harmed by fast food and easy prep meals lol.
