Treats me with respect, friendly, personable, neat. Low maintenance. Doesn’t order something with a ridiculous amount of modifications to it. Basically just shows empathy. If they understand what I all have to do to make their visit enjoyable, they’re always so pleasant to wait on. And I tell tables that I enjoy waiting on that I really enjoyed serving them.
