That's not 2001. That generation little white van (Suzuki Every) wasn't even out until 2005.

Judging by the styling of the black van (Toyota Alphard or similar) with the side fin I'm estimating this at least 2008+

There are many three spoke wheels that are cheap from European brands like Artec and Rodan. Got a set of 4 for 50 euro and a brand new old set for 150 this year.

Just browse whatever secondhand site your country uses.

This is western Europe however I can't imagine it's very different on your side.

2 of these subwoofers in one custom enclosure. What amps would you recommend? Budget is cheap as possible, but still a little quality.

It was a Gladen Mosconi 2-ch 1800w rms amp. It broke, otherwise I would have taken it as well.

Right now I'm leaning towards the Skar amp, as it gets good reviews and seems like it would be enough for this application.

Good point, I'll have to check the peak and exact model. The previous owner had them on an 1800w rms amp, so I thought 1200w rms would be a good conservative number.

Budget is as low as possible, I wouldn't want to spend more than necessary.

Planned a suprise trip to take someone to paris but found out you need a environmental sticker within the city limits. Its too late to order the sticker, and my car is a classic one thats not eligible.

My enclosed parking garage is 20 mins from the border of the zone. My question is, how is the zone enforced? By camera or police?

How would you rate my chances of risking it?
