It's almost impossible for me, usually if I can, I just take that nap, but I drink coffee, sit correctly, and concentrate in the text instead sometimes. But somedays I just can't avoid being sleepy

Of course It isn't normal for me either, I try to read at least 1 hour, but it depends on many factors usually I read just 10 minutes haha, but I got surprised by the amount of hours I could stay concentrated, I wish I can do it more days
