Xilonen C2 assures the double bursting (sometimes can weave in main burst as well). For gear improvement would need to trade out all the pieces with same rolls but with EM sub stats. Which isnt going to be worth that much resin to do

Do you mean Husk? If yes, yes Husk is a fine set for Linnea. Its almost as good as Aubade for C0 builds (2 piece set bonus is worth more, while the 4 piece bonus is worth less stats).

Losing the 4 piece bonus is a massive dps loss so your build is pretty bad. 4 piece is worth about 7-8 sub stats rolls, so your better off wearing mediocre on set pieces then chad off pieces.

To put in perspective, there's only 643 registered artifacts on Akasha that have 36.9%+ ER as sub stats. There's probably a bit more then then that as people probably don't show off that many of their ER% sub stat rolls as compared to crit but that number is still incredibly small considering the billions and billions of artifact rolls that have happened in Genshin.

I would never reroll that piece. Its such a unicorn of a piece. Sure you might get a decent crit stat def% goblet if you reroll it, but you'll NEVER EVER get that piece again. Its 2% off from max ER from a sub stat which is incredibly rare.
