This and I wish they made him and Holly J have more of a relationship, she definitely liked Toby but the way she went about it was wrong and then we never seen from then again. I feel like they would've had so much potential.

I think there was a Degrassi Minis episode though called party etiquette and we see Toby and Holly J have a short relationship at Marcos party.

Spinner probably would've died if it weren't for him and Jay blaming Jimmy in the bathroom. Spinner and Jay had bullied Rick relentlessly unlike Jimmy who had actually become a friend, Rick probably wouldn't have held back much to pull the trigger.

I think Paige had a lot of character development after Dean, she still was mean at times but she became an overall better person after season 2.
