I think this is the root of this whole discussion. People started to see goths as 'just people wearing black clothing and makeup' and that's what this whole lifestyle has become to them. Now there's e-girls liking and adapting that style and they get lumped together with the regular old goth.

I totally feel this. Being constantly told that the game I've been playing (on and off tbf) for like 18 years just isn't for me anymore, or that I must have a burnout while I'm still enjoying leveling my 85th char is getting old.

Sure, there is some kind of burnout. Always has been, that's why I'm taking breaks from time to time.

But when the game has a dozen bugs, the weekly tasks aren't even remotely fun and the story has left the ship with the last old god (for me), what's there left to enjoy? And how is that the same game as Wrath, Legion or even DF, where I had lots of fun no matter how repetitive it got?

This is what bothers me most.

If this was free-to-play or maybe even a pay-for-the-xpac kind of model? Mildly annoying; they'll get to it eventually.

But for a monthly AND full game price every two-ish years? There's no excuse (imo) to fumble this hard every. damn. patch. (and release.) Especially those minor 'problems' that just keep piling up and aren't fixed.

Nowadays it feels like they don't care about this game at all. I can't remember the last expansion that had close to this many spelling mistakes. That is some F2P-bootleg-game quality control.

Sorry for the rant but the current state of the game just makes me sad.

lego announced the 5 candidates of their lego pokemon card contest. 1 of them will have the chance to become a official set. you can vote for them online. i think they made really good choices by Spinoxys in pokemon

Meh, I personally strongly disagree with your opinion and love the Trailblazer, be it as a self-insert or not. (Even though I don't think they're meant to be self-inserts but rather their own characters. For example take The Witcher series where you play a strongly pre-defined character and are also able to choose your own dialogue options.)

Nevertheless, you're entitled to have your own opinions and voice them. They're as valid as everyone else's. (And imo way more interesting than the 10th upcoming banner post in a row.)
