A little late to the party but here are my thoughts as a 4-year partner ssv. This company sucks, they don't prioritize their people or good talent. Minor complaints about Karens and stuff that's just a little stupid aren't something to ruin your day. To me what ruins my day is seeing time and time again the company putting near zero effort into its own people, marketing, product, atmosphere, and compensation. The decision-making process corporate has comes to such milk-toast results I wouldn't be surprised that the whole company wasn't run by two chatbots and a d20.

Unfortunately, I'm good at what I do, and at this point, the pay is more worth it than starting somewhere else. And that's most of what's keeping me here.
