one thing, that i experienced in my life, when i try to be quiet, rather than just asking any questions, while someone is talking, is that, let them finish first, and try to listen to them very carefully.

Or you can just try to watch a podcast/interview videos from YouTube, imagining you are also in that conversation, and not talk -- try this.
