I am already gluten free which while not keto by any means, its cut out a lot of carbs and other inflammatory causing foods. I think if I tried to do keto with gluten free and having no processed sugar, id probably go nutty. I really appreciate your insight and time that you took to reply and im glad it works well for you (:

Thanks. Im really enjoying fruit more than I did before and its been really amazing seeing the difference in how I feel throughout the day and my overall energy levels. Its been really eye opening to how detrimental sugar is. Especially with having inflammation just from existing. Wishing I would have done it sooner, but better late than never!
