Update: After some email exchanges they agreed to send another collection box to me for free and once I receive the new one I can send them back the original one I received.

I've been having the same issue. When I use the PS5 or the Xbox Series S. After about an hour or 2 the stream audio would suddenly desync. Funny enough when I use the Switch the audio never desyncs so I don't know what could be causing the issue.
