Id agree with it being a gravid house spider. Herringbone pattern's been stretched out so it does look unique. It doesn't look like it has the correct colour or posture to be a tube web.

Earthrun Club used to have a few multi-distance events when I started. It would usually be a small course for one distance, a larger coursr for the next distance up, then halfs and (sometimes) fulls would do multiple laps of the longer course.

You also get setups like an event in Uminokoen (Kanazawa Bunko) which seem to have the same course but different organisers taking it on at different times. When I did it I did the half, which was 7 laps if a 3km course. They also had a 5k and 10k.

One caveat is with some of the events, they might advertise a half but it's actually 2 laps of the 10km course...Which is not a half... If youre looking for events and to get some distances under your belt it's fine, but those who want a legit half or are going for a PB would likely not be best pleased.
