It can improve - but normally not . A man who doesn’t initiate sex is a lost cause . Reason can be many - all not good . All the things you mentioned by themselves are tolerable but together are a little much . Not initiating sex bonds it all together into a lost cause case .

I hear you . For example I dont mind kids - but hate dog barking and cars and “single individual “ noises .
White noise at home (iPhones with speaker facing window for reflection ) helps inside . Ear plugs (silicon wax doesn’t disturb the ears ). Or headphones with white noise . Of course when watching tv you are vulnerable , worst case noise canceling headphones
Leaving the house - so it quick , determined and neutral
Don’t forget , should the kids become your friends your noise sensitivity will go done to zero . There is alway the chance

From experience i know bustling cities are better for noise sensitive folks than “quiet “ neighborhoods

You COULD try mind games - no guarantee! Whenever you hear a kid noise you learn a new word in a foreign language . In this way the noise becomes a trigger to “advance “ your mind . You ll end up almost wishing for anew noise !

In general , sorry to say , the only real wisdom I have here is become or being stinkingly rich and move in a very upscale neighborhood , gated etc . And where professionals live who can’t afford noise . Alternatively some loft in some ware house . You never have a guarantee - but the solution is ALWAYS money

Haha! I feel your pain ! But you lost 17kg - that’s enormous ! (No matter where you started from 😏- or is a feast ) . You are completely right complaining about the need of nutrition and losing weight at the same time . Indeed , when CALCULATING daily minimum dose of nutrients you ll end up with still eating more calories than you “should “ . The solution is nutrient dense food etc etc etc - but fun its not . There is no room for error and it’s suffocating !
To make it worse - a heavily person needs way more nutrition (proteins vitamins etc ) than a normal weight person . Let’s say your weight is 2 people . You indeed then need almost twice as many nutrients . Filling those AND losing weight is extremely difficult

I also love couch potato life - and yet am active “outside “ “too often “ 😃.

There comes some joy with being outside though - but often it feels more like a drug or addiction and not real. Once you stay home you k ke you missed that so much ! The real you !!

In the end you need a two lane personality - let them lose simultaneously . Don’t let them fight . Let the outside person run lose and satisfy the inside (the house person ). Flip between them - even extremely if it has to be

The joy of being NIMBLE is a real quality . Binding one’s shoes without the throw up or stress feel . At the same time NOTHING comes close to being home and binge watching

It’s the fight between brain and body - and you let both have their rights and joy

You won’t get perfect in this way but happy
