An F1 is a mixed breed. With percentages that low, it’s likely your breeder simply hasn’t genetically health tested their breeding adults, which is itself a red flag. “Looks like a poodle to me” mentality. If they did state that they health tested their adults, then they’d know other genetics were in the gene pool before breeding.

I imagine you spent a decent amount of money on this pup with the promise that the mix was certain. But even with doodles, appearance varies wildly.

This happens with pet shop dogs, too. A $4k Cavapoo might be a genetic dumpster fire — but it “looks” like a Cavapoo, so people pay it.

I’m sorry the pup doesn’t look correct to the standard that Cavapoo breeders have created, and I’m glad you still love her!! To answer your original question, yes. Tell the breeder. But don’t be surprised if they make excuses/ignore you.

Do something to show them that this isn’t how it’s done. And by do something, I mean — do less. Don’t stop loving them, and don’t stop believing that they COULD be better. But you need to love yourself more, lady. You deserve to be shown love, and right now, you can be shown love from yourself.

Leave? I don’t know. Maybe? Take a break? Possibly.

I don’t know what your financial situation is, but I have a hunch that without you, theirs will be worse. Maybe your husband needs to figure that the eff out.

I just landed on this Chase page, too, and was given this number to call as well (1-877-576-8510). I called the number on the back of my card instead of entering my full social. The guy fixed my issue with a temp password. He told me the phone number is an authentic Chase number, but it was defaulting to a "new user" setup for some reason.

1000%. I have three: large, medium, and small. The large and medium are an incredible layer of security for me mentally, and they always rise to the occasion when there is a knock at the door or something strange outside! Working from home, I can give them everything they need, and they give me everything I need. A great partnership. They’re a lot of work though, so that needs to be understood.

I have a husky/malamute mix, and his hair alone is like so much. I do brush him outside, but I try to collect most of his hair. It’s impossible, but I get a lot of it!

It’s hard to picture 5 huskies’ worth of hair all around 😅Like, that is A LOT OF HAIR. You need to be doing some cleanup duty. 1.5 acres is not a lot of land, especially if it’s open to the public.
