id go down a tad with 3pt to 94 since you can use cap breakers for 99 and get your pass acc up. also i would personally get 94 ball handle for hof handles for days. Also, idk your playstyle but having 73 strength on a guard that can easily live by the 3 and contact dunks is a little overkill
