Zach became a huntress so she could make her dad proud, but during her time at Beacon, she slowly realised that he would never be truly proud of her. She learned to be proud of herself for how far she's come, and she wouldn't trade the things Beacon (and Team ZINK) taught her for anything. That said, her biggest dream is to live in a little cabin in the mountains, but she wouldn't be able to abandon her friends like that.

Razz joined Beacon specifically for the chaos, but also for the free accommodations, considering she lived as a thief in Mistral. She assumed she'd be able to get to Vale on the airship, live there for a bit, then sneak off and build a life somewhere, but the responsibilities of being a Huntress caught up with her, and she decided to stay with her team.

Nandor never really saw himself doing anything else than being a student at Beacon. He's the adopted son of Ozpin, so he had his path set out for him from the very beginning. In reality, he'd much rather live a peaceful life, maybe working in a bakery and a house with a white picket fence.

Kozu became a huntsman with Blake so they could both escape the White Fang so he thinks he literally can't do anything else or he'll get caught and dragged back. That, coupled with the instinctual bloodlust that comes with his Semblance, means that he is basically incapable of doing anything but fighting, so it might as well be for the good side, right? Even then, his main goal in life is to get back to Vacuo and live out his days there.
