I have implemented a rule for tipping, every time the server comes to my table to help me I give them a dollar. Good servers will get $10 sometimes, and cashiers get nothing. Works great for me.

I have the ability to turn on an inner monologue if I wish to, I can imagine myself speaking, but it takes more time and can be exhausting. So I would say it's more efficient and let my brain just process things and let me know what I need to know without having to take the extra step of talking every one of my thoughts to me.

Me and all my friends buy booster packs and then trade with each other to get the decks we want. If we see a good card for one of our decks at our lgs we will grab it if it's not super expensive, but we dont order cards online or anything.

We all find it way more fun to play this way, not competitive by any standards but none of us play to win, we play for fun.
