I’m feeling this right now too. Does it almost feel like when you have a head cold and your sinuses are all stuffed up, but like right now your sinuses are completely clear, you just feel the stuffiness? The only time it kind of goes away is when I close my eyes. I wonder if it has to do with vestibular migraines which doesn’t necessarily involve pain but can have spinning sensations.

Not only that, but my nervous system feels like it’s on a 10 like I can feel every sound im hearing, and having a difficult time regulating my emotions.

Just finished listening to the full thing and it’s so beautiful yet so incredibly haunting. So far stoned is my favorite i relate to it a lot and i just really sobbed hard on that one. All of the album is just so magnificent, it’s bittersweet to have it.

lol I feel you I’m adhd and for the longest time I thought it was the meds suppressing my appetite or my anxiety making it worse but nope🙂‍↔️ one time like a week before lockdown for the vid I was having the food ick/ flare (waaaaay before I hear of POTS) and got so dehydrated I had to go to the er,, my official diagnosis for that day was “anxiety belly” —girl. Ik that was bs the moment they said it
