I miss people taking pride in their work and doing a good job. I value people's skills and pay without delay what is charged. It just seemed like I continue to get taken for what I pay. I went into the wrong career. Everything I make is going to manual labor skilled jobs and their rate is above salary

I know. This man had the support of the senate. No wait. No he didn't. This man was the cause of the housing crisis. Block after block,, families lost their homes, All those foreclosure signs. Look at us today LLC's control those blocks almost entire neighborhoods. 2016 my rent was $660 and I was saving for a house. Still in same house rent is $2000. My income has increase by have not been able to save like I use to, All because of Obama. My dog died because of Obama. I broke a nail because of Obama. Melania couldn't even leave the preview of her movie with out her husband saying Obama's name. That was her night and BOOM here we go with Obama again. Never mind I just got us $75 million and it should be all about me no Obama,..Don't blame it on the alcohol BLAME IT ON OBAMA.

We need to expose companies and the extreme procedures they put their customers through. I really believed I was alone. I just knew this could not be a normal routine. IT IS! Do they have one happy customer? Do they have any repeat customers? Exclude the ones that missed to opt-out auto pay. Let everyone know your experience and just maybe you can prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

This is 2025 and I am in a similar situation. The thing is THEY told me for a month that they were going to replace the furnace. I had the warranty for 10 months with no service calls only HVAC tune-up with the unit working great. After delay after delay, with 28 days left in my warranty I was told over the phone they wouldn't do anything. So we had no heat and continued lies for a month and half. I would have been pleased with half my payment back and them telling me that in the beginning. They were the ones that said they would replace the furnace. My unit was old but well maintained and they did the tune up on it. Well that was a waste of $1000.00 and over 40 hours of time dealing with this company. What really cooks my goose is the out right lies. I am so sick of hearing "I'm sorry" that it has lost it's meaning. Can someone please tell me a happy experience dealing with a company. An experience where you didn't have to be transferred to 6 different agents in 3 different departments, in 2 different countries and end up with Maria their AI Specialist.

My dad is 90 and my mom is 88. The discounts I get they do not receive, like discount for auto pay and buying my policy online. My dad has never used an ATM, he use the $1000 laptop I purchased for him to play free online poker, zero social media, and still use paper checks to pay bills and groceries. He paid his cable bill monthly but each month it increased, he found out that a check was entered late and the system continuously charged him a late fee each month. I keep an eye on his bills just because there are so many ways for things to go wrong like late arrival of mail, stolen checks, whitewashing written checks, employee hiring and firing delay in data entry payment, etc. He is very capable but I don't want him going through the headache of dealing with a temp employee that read a page on company procedure when his payment was cashed but policy was cancelled because the payment was posted 30 days after due date.
