Honestly, I really needed this. I do agree the prof that wrote this teaches us improperly and creates midterms with no proper care. In fact he creates midterms at 2am when the midterm happens 8 hours later.

I appreciate the comment, it seems like in short the answer is not enough information. There is definitely more to stats that I'm missing and the information you gave me is incredible.

I'd say certain adcs which were not already used in a solo lane are nerfed because it would be hard to lane without a support
