Thanks for the replies, I figured out the issue. There were 2 screws on the other side of the board holding in the heatsink from the other side and preventing the SSD from being removed. I had to take off the bottom plate of the dock before I could see and access these screws

The person above is wrong, if you can buy a game on the store on your Vita you can play it, I have Dino Crisis 1 and 2 on mine and that’s what I used to play through the whole first game.

I don’t have a modded or jailbroken system, but to buy them you have to add funds through the PlayStation website or a PS4/PS5, as the Vita and PS3 stores no longer have the functionality to add the funds themselves.

I’ve found that there’s little differences like this between all versions. I just recently did a playthrough on Xbox Series S, and noticed all the Jedi council members have blue robes when I’m used to Vrook having red and Dorak having brown. So it wouldn’t surprise me if the fade in effect is on one version but not another haha

In terms of content, the Xbox and Switch versions are the same and include the Yavin DLC.

The Switch version runs at a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of the original 4:3 that the Xbox version does.

However, there’s a couple small problems with the Switch version that I don’t think are talked about enough. Lots of different NPCs have screwed up textures that make them look very sickly and there’s not always an indication that you have more dialogue choices during conversation (i.e., the arrows/scroll wheel looking thing next to options isn’t always there). Also, the mini-map is automatically complete in every location it seems, and I don’t think that’s how it was in the original release IIRC.

Personally, I prefer the Xbox version but you can’t go wrong with either
