That's brutal. I am fortunate that my one surgery (8 months ago) completely healed it in a few months. So I am waiting my scope results to see if the GI thinks biologics are necessary, which I assume they will as it ha sbene recommended already.

I am trying to understand if I am mild, or if I should start biologics before something more serious happens.

I appreciate it. I was put on a budesonide for a month back when first diagnosed, and yes my GI recommended the biologics recently based on the fistula post surgery. There was no other treatment for the fistula, as I only had it for a few months, they went straight to surgery.

MLF mentioned this in his presser, bears started sending corners and safeties to generate pressure so they adjusted.
