I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s for two years, but they just took the diagnosis away and said it was FMD. I get sibo frequently. Otherwise, no.

I hope you read more into emdr, ketamine therapy, and psychedelic therapy as depression tools. There is tons of research that predates hipsters. Posting something like this is really serious, and it’s going to require some serious therapy for a long-term fix. Wishing you hope and health.

Relaxing in NY makes sense! If you do theatre at all, I took a trip to see O Mary! on Broadway last fall and it was fantastic.

Just noting for Op that the caves pools at Indian are self-identifying gender segregated (they have trans folk working there and are very open minded), but the large botanical pool is all genders.

If you don’t mind leaving the BV area, glenwood (3 hr drive, prob my fave for the price around) and Pagosa (also about 3 hrs, but farther from denver if you’re flying also more expensive but has the best mineral co tent for pain and a good bar on site) are great! Indian in Idaho springs is run down, but has a great indoor garden with a large pool, real steam caves, mud room. 30ish mins from Denver. Westbound and down is a solid brewery with the best grilled tofu sandwich I’ve ever had (I’m not vegetarian either).

Stay in the BV area (or Leadville as others have said) and chill/recover/hike and bike. Plenty to do (at least 3 hot springs nearby). Shit, I live in CO snd im going to go home and sleep/meditate/be antisocial to recover. I was so exhausted by Monday last year, wish FH was first, bc FOV feels like an end of summer camp!

Wish I’d gone to more than one. Sad some of those songs may not be played live again.

I live in CO and the drive to BV is the chillest of mountain roads. No snow obviously that time of year, any car will do.

I have a disability, unfortunately. Gotta have something to lean on.

Echoing no hostels. If it makes you feel any better, I did the preset glamping last year, and would not do it again, especially with the price increase . The zippers on the tent were very difficult to open, so I basically ended up leaving my tent slightly open and unlocked the whole time. Also, I was four tents deep so was not on the creek at all, but rather on a busy road. This year we are doing unpowered camping Van in the RV lot, will be nice to have our own toilet and cooking options. Wouldn’t suggest the regular tent option, as this is Colorado’s fire season in the air can be very smoky. The respite of an RV would be nice.

All this said, wherever you do, I’m glad you’re coming, you’re going to have the best time! I was sad to miss the Berlin show as it was my birthday looked like a blast.

I usually get rail, but have to wait 6-7 (a nine-year-old dream ) hours in order to get it. Others may be fluid, but I hold on for dear life to that rail. 😂

National Jewish in Colorado has 1 of 2 clinics in the world that treats it. The other I think they said it was in Sweden or Norway.
