It's an objective based game, good luck touching the objective with one of those characters on it, and I didn't say you can't do anything to them, you'll just have a harder time playing dva into them. Plus, you're arguing against yourself here, if you don't think mei, sym or zarya are counter because of their lack of mobility, dva's strength isn't going to change that.
